DTRAfrica aims to ensure that African-American young adults ages 18-21 who are interested in Finance and international business have the opportunity to take an educational trip to Africa to engage with the culture, and with thousands of years of living and documented history.

The DTRAfrica heritage experience will add abundant value to the development, leadership, and scholarship of participants by enriching their minds and strengthening their confidence in being productive and responsible global citizens.

Who we are:
DTRAfrica is a nonprofit educational organization that raises funds for a free seven-day heritage trip for young African-American adults through charitable donations, fundraisers and sponsorship.

What we do:
We raise funds year-round to provide a free seven-day heritage trip to one of the fifty-four countries in Africa for young African – American adults.

Our drive:
Our goal is to enrich and engage our communities through history and knowledge and to forge a tighter bond between African-American communities, businesses and African people.
